This agreement ("Contract") is entered into between PowerRay Platform ("Company") and the registered member ("Member") upon activation of a Ray rental package.

The Member agrees to rent solar energy processing units ("Rays") from PowerRay for the purpose of participating in the company's solar customer distribution network. The rental fee is a one-time payment deducted from the Member's wallet balance.

Upon activation of the Ray package, the Member is entitled to daily earnings as specified in the selected plan. Earnings are credited to the Member's wallet upon successful completion of the daily charging cycle (minimum 1 hour).

• Charging must be initiated by the Member each day
• Collection is available after 1 hour of charging
• Uncollected earnings do not carry over — collect each day
• The charging window resets at midnight EST daily

The rental fee will be immediately and permanently deducted from the Member's PowerRay wallet balance upon confirmation. This transaction is non-reversible. The Member acknowledges that their wallet balance will reflect the deduction instantly.

Members who referred this account will receive commission on daily earnings as per the PowerRay referral structure (Levels 1–6). Commissions are credited automatically to referrers upon each successful daily collection.

• Member must log in daily to initiate the charging cycle
• Member agrees not to use automated tools or bots
• Account sharing or multi-account creation is prohibited
• PowerRay reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

By confirming this rental, the Member acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the PowerRay Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Rental Agreement. The Member confirms that the wallet balance deduction is authorized and expected.
